Willcraft can assume the role of Executors in a Clients Will
in a professional capacity with a no-nonsense Probate Service
charged up to a maximum of 2% of the Gross estate value.

What is Probate?

In your Will, you have to appoint "Executors" who will carry out your wishes in dealing with your estate. In many cases, such people are not prepared for the emotional turmoil that accompanies the loss of a loved one.

However, our assessment of the estate takes place before any charges are agreed.

This means that our Probate service should be and invariably is, significantly less cost to the estate than using Banks or Solicitors.
